Shipping- Ireland

Your order will usually be shipped in 3-5 business days.  In order to keep shipping costs as low as possible, we use An Post.  For faster delivery times, we deliver using An Post Quick Post.   Please prepare for holidays, special times of year and seasons accordingly.  Our shipping times may vary during this peak time.

If a product is out of stock then we will keep you informed and confirm when your item is in stock and ready for dispatch.

We ship to Europe and international destinations using An Post.

Returns-

Our gifts are custom made for you.  Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns on our items unless it is damaged.  Please make sure that you have checked over the initials and spellings before submitting your order.  If you have any questions about an item, prior to ordering, please contact us.  Refunds will not be issued once orders have been placed. 

Rush/ urgent orders-

If you need your item rushed, we will make every effort to accommodate your needs.  Please email  (info@theinitialboutique.ie) us prior to ordering to arrange a rush order.  There may be an additional rush charge applied.  Refunds will not be issued if an order is placed and rush order has not been granted prior to the order.  Additionally, we cannot guarantee delivery once the package has left our hands and is in the hands of the shipping method. 

Ordering-

Ordering is best done through the website.  However, if you require ordering over the phone, we would be happy to assist you.  Please note that if ordering over the phone, you will be required to have contact information, including an email address and mobile phone number.
